This artwork is inspired by a vintage sticker that once promoted Amsterdam as the “Sex Centre of Amsterdam”, highlighting desire and entertainment. We transformed that phrase into “Surf Centre of Amsterdam”, turning it into something closer to home. Instead of the crowded red-light district, we point to the coast, where wind, waves, and horizon take center stage. A different kind of show, yet the same city.
